At Audiomarc Company, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately our company policy does not accept returns or refunds. It is mandatory for all customers to check their products thoroughly when collecting from our stores or when the products are delivered to their house.

Warranty Claims:

Warranty claims are based on products and customers would have been issued a 3, 6 or 12 month warranty card upon delivery or collection of the product. Customers must have the warranty card and receipt present when claiming. Terms and conditions may apply.
