We currently offer delivery services within Brunei Darussalam, covering all 4 districts in Brunei-Muara, Tutong, Temburong and Belait but excludes Kg. Ayer. Customers outside these areas may contact customer support for alternative arrangements or additional delivery options.
Delivery Timeframes:
Standard delivery times are 9am - 7pm, with exceptions during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will receive a confirmation call or SMS with an estimated delivery date and time window upon order confirmation.

Delivery Process:
Our delivery team will contact customers to confirm delivery details, such as address and preferred delivery time.
On the scheduled delivery day, customers will receive a call with the delivery driver's contact information for real-time updates.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the specified time window. A signature may be required upon receipt.
Delivery Inspection:
Upon delivery, customers are advised to inspect the products for any damages or defects before signing the delivery acknowledgment. If any issues are identified, please inform the delivery team immediately to facilitate resolution or replacement.

Local Pickup Guidelines:
Pickup Location:
Local pick-up is available at our AIFA Headquarters at Lambak during operating hours. Customers will receive an emaill, call or SMS from their selected pickup location.
Pickup Process:
Upon arrival at the preferred pick-up AIFA Headquarters customers are required to present their order confirmation email or valid identification for verification. Our staff will assist in locating and retrieving the order, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Pickup Inspection:
Before leaving the pick-up location, customers are encouraged to inspect the products to ensure they meet expectations. If any discrepancies or issues are identified, please notify our staff immediately for resolution.
Third-Party Pickup:
Customers who authorize a third party to pick up their order must provide written authorization and a copy of the order confirmation for verification purposes.
